Description:

The Secondary Rack is an auxiliary device used in power line infrastructure, also known as secondary rack electrical equipment（Overhead Line Fittings）. Typically installed on the side or inside of a utility pole, its primary function is to support cables, help tighten sagging conductors, and ensure the stability and safety of power transmission(Pole Line Hardware).

Feature:

Variety of Types: categorized based on the number of spools: 2-spool, 3-spool, 4-spool, and 5-spool.The base of these secondary racks is a steel U-channel, connected to the utility pole with bolts and nuts. Curved slots on the U-channel are used to secure the curve racks, each with a hole at the end for a 5/8-inch stud to pass through.To protect linemen from sharp edges, the ends of the racks are stamped out.The surface of the Secondary Rack(Pole line hardware) is hot-dip galvanized according to the ASTM-123 standard, resulting in a smooth, rib-free surface for excellent corrosion resistance.
